Meal Highlights A healthy body forms the foundation for successful learning. Our school provides well-balanced, nutritious, and delicious meals, serving two main meals and one snack daily: breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Both breakfast and lunch include fresh fruits, offering a rich source of nutrients, minerals, and fiber. We also encourage children to enjoy a healthy breakfast at school to start their day with energy and focus.
Ingredient Selection We proudly serve organic meals using ingredients certified by the Taiwan Organic Agriculture Association, including fresh vegetables, organic pork from the Taiwan Livestock Research Institute, CAS-certified chicken, and white rice enriched with wheat germ. All ingredients are delivered daily from organic farms and inspected for freshness by our kitchen staff.
Meal Preparation Menus are professionally planned and updated every three months by certified nutritionists. All meals are prepared by licensed chefs holding a Class C professional cooking certificate. Between each meal service, our central kitchen equipment is thoroughly cleaned using organic and eco-friendly cleaning products.
Organic, Eco-Friendly, and Hygienic Environment A clean and comfortable environment supports joyful learning. Each classroom is equipped with its own RO (reverse osmosis) water dispenser, as well as dedicated nap rooms and en-suite restrooms. Classrooms and common areas are cleaned using eco-friendly, organic cleaning products. We also follow a comprehensive disease prevention system: teachers check children’s temperatures daily and sanitize classrooms to ensure a healthy learning environment.
Keeping Children Healthy and Safe
Full-time cleaning staff disinfect restrooms and common areas daily. High-touch surfaces such as doors, tables, chairs, cabinets, and floors are sanitized more than three times a day using professional-grade disinfectants or diluted bleach.
Children are encouraged to wear masks, drink plenty of water, have their temperature checked, wash hands regularly, and apply sanitizing spray.
After transporting children, school bus drivers disinfect seat cushions and handrails with chlorine-based solutions and ventilate the bus thoroughly.
Daily morning health checks include temperature taking and inspection of children’s mouth, hands, and feet.
UV sterilization lamps automatically operate in classrooms every night, and windows are opened the following morning for ventilation.
Dedicated custodial staff clean and sanitize all shared spaces daily.
Teachers disinfect classroom toys monthly using diluted bleach and sun-dry them thoroughly.
A professional sanitation company is regularly commissioned to carry out full-campus disinfection.
